Jeremy Flynn, MBA
Creative and driven, Jeremy Flynn is a marketing expert in demand across the country for his creativity and national results. Flynn brings more than 15 years of marketing experience to JF Media+Marketing and is passionate about creating and executing successful campaigns that aim to reach the growth goals of each client.
In 2020, he launched JF Media+Marketing, providing high-level marketing services to businesses of all sizes. In a short time, he’s worked with more than 100 businesses in Arkansas and surrounding states.
He is the current Senior Director of Marketing for a major national corporation. Prior, he was the Marketing Manager at Simmons Bank Arena in North Little Rock, Arkansas and the Director of Marketing and Events at 103.7 The Buzz and The Point 94.1 for Signal Media of Arkansas. He lives in Sherwood, Arkansas with his wife Elicia and two sons, Eli and Lawson.

Elicia DOVER
Elicia Dover is a national award winning journalist who has spent the last decade of as the host of Good Afternoon Arkansas on KATV-Channel 7 and investigative journalist. Dover brings more than 15 years of experience in communications and storytelling to JF Media+Marketing.
Prior to KATV-Channel 7, Dover worked as a Digital Journalist at ABC News in New York, reporting and producing breaking news. She spent the year 2012 on the campaign trail covering the presidential election for ABC News. It was at ABC News she won a prestigious Peabody Award, Edward R. Murrow Award and was nominated for four national News and Documentary Emmy Awards.
Elicia is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's College of Journalism and Mass Communication. Elicia lives in Sherwood, Arkansas with her husband Jeremy and two sons, Eli and Lawson.
